What To Expect

Site Preparation

Proper site preparation is essential for ensuring the longevity of your shed.  We recommend several inches of clean, 2B gravel hand raked to within +/- 1” of level.  This ensures that your shed is nice and solid and the doors work properly.  The overall shed pad should be 1’ bigger than your shed the whole way around.  For example, the pad size for a 10’ x 16’ shed will be at least 12’ x 18’.  Let us install your shed pad so you can have the peace of mind knowing that your shed is on a good foundation and will last for many years to come.

Delivery

Your shed will be delivered fully assembled, with a delivery charge that includes placement and a half-hour unloading time. Ensure your site is accessible by trimming low branches and checking for any power lines, as 14 feet of clearance is typically needed. If unloading takes longer than expected or access is difficult, additional fees may apply. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure smooth delivery to the prepared site.
