The J.P. Saylor Home is a single story home with a traditional hip roof. It comes with an attached 2 car garage and mud room to make getting in and out of the car in the winter hassle free. A nice touch is a sunroom built on the back. This bonus room could be used as an office, reading room, or larger dining room. Having the living room, kitchen and dining all together give this home a true open concept feel. Enjoy early mornings and late evenings out on the covered back porch. All the bedrooms are built on one end of the home with the master bedroom including a large walk-in-closet. The basement gives this home a large amount of room for an activity room, man cave, fitness room, or whatever can dream up. Think the floor plan needs some changes, not a problem at all, we can customize the floor plans to meet your needs.
The John P. Saylor Trail is named after the Congressman John P. Saylor who represented Pennsylvania from 1949-1973. John loved the outdoors and had a big concern for the environment. This is a great hike for most all ages with there being two loops. One is 5 miles and the other 12. Do the entire hike it one long day or break it down into two nice days.
